My journey with riders&elephants

In early summer this year, I discovered this wonderful card game - Emotional Culture Deck. It is a simple, easy to use tool in helping individuals, teams and organizations to start talking about ‘F-Words’ (Feelings). Discussion starts once the top five desired and undesired feelings are chosen from the deck, then make canvases to map those feelings with rituals, behaviours and actions. These briefly sum up what I learnt for these months so far.

However, this community - we call us elephant riders, is much more than just selling the deck. We support each other, provide guidance, show compassion to everything we like, stand firm to all we believe in…… it is so much more than just a deck of cards.

And I want to use this opportunity to show this ‘F-Word Magazine’, first published ever by riders&elephants community. It is the best way to reflect on what I did as a consultant in training, what we did as a whole team, in this wonderful 2022.
